We all know that the Chhichhore movie won National Award in the category of the winner of Best Film in the 67th National Award. The award has triggered an emotion amongst the fans of Chhichhore actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
The film by Nitesh Tiwari revolves around a middle-aged divorcee who takes a trip down memory lane with his college friends after encountering a tragic incident with his son.
The moral of the movie was never to give up on your life, however hard the situation is. That could be the last thing to do. In June 2020, Sushant was found hanging at his Mumbai residence.
Since his death, there have been several controversies around his death. Even his partner and actor Rhea Chakraborty is coming in the eye of the storm. She faced wrath from people for accusing her of Sushant’s death and pushing him to get addicted to drugs.

Journey of Sushant Singh Rajput
Sushant Singh Rajput started his journey as an engineering student and landed in the dreamland of film city to be one of Bollywood’s finest actors. We would say this is what dreams are made up of.
While attending an engineering college in Delhi, Rajput enrolled in Shiamak Davar’s dance class because someone told him “Very hot girls go there”.
He dropped out of college in his third year. Shaimak Davar advised him to try theatre. Soon after arriving in Mumbai, Rajput joined Nadira Babbar’s Ekjute theatre company.
“He was exceptionally sincere and dedicated. Very obedient and one of my best students,” says Babbar.

Rajput eventually found himself a place in our television world. He played the lead on Balaji Telefilms’ Pavitra Rishta for two years and left before any generational leaps could be written in.
Film careers in India are decided by birth. One can only imagine the amount of obstinacy and belief any struggling actor needs to have. He started his film journey with Kai Po Che.
He’s liked by some of our finest directors, but the audience seems indifferent to him. He played the good penny in Abhishek Kapoor’s Kai Po Che.
And there was no looking back for this actor with one after other hit movies in his pocket.

On the film’s win, director Nitesh Tiwari told the Indian Express, “It comes as a pleasant surprise. We weren’t expecting it at all.
We are filled with mixed emotions because on one hand there is the happiness of getting a win and on the other hand, there’s the feeling of loss of someone I was very close to.
But I am sure Sushant would be very happy with this win wherever he is.”

Naveen wrote in the caption of the post, “Chhichhore wins the National award for Best Film. I know you are watching Sushant. This one is for you.

Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin, who played the role of Derek, said, “I feel incredibly grateful to have played the part of Derek and been a part of Chhichhore.
